A joint task from the Pennsylvania National Guard, consisting of Army National Guard aircrews, members of the Pennsylvania Aquatic Rescue Team and supportive Air National Guard members renders aid in September 2018 to South Carolinians following the punishing floods there generated as a result of Hurricane Florence.
