Since the Great Chicago Fire of 1871, Fire Prevention Week has been recognized in both the U.S. and Canada. Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni and the Iwakuni Fire Department honored the tradition by hosting an open house at Fire Station 1. Lance Cpl.
