Lex Barker, Buffalo District Project Manager, reports on our breakwater repairs at Oswego Harbor, with a construction completion date in November 2018. Oswego Harbor generates economic benefits of over $7 million and supports over 100 jobs. Closing the harbor would increase annual emission rates by over 23,000 tons of harmful particulate matter.
