U.S. Marines assigned to Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force-Crisis Response Africa, Logistics Combat Element 18.2, trained alongside the Moroccan Royal Armed Forces, conducting Humanitarian Mine Action training to enhance the skill sets of our partner nation. HMA level two is the second level in the HMA exchange in which foreign partners gather to train alongside U.S service members in order to learn how to mitigate explosive hazards.
