    Alaska Air National Guardsmen from the 176th Wing’s 211th Rescue Squadron return to Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, via HC-130J Combat King II aircraft after assisting with Hurricane Florence relief operations on the East Coast, Sept. 21, 2018. The Guardsmen conducted site surveys to assist with recovering isolated flood survivors, performed aerial refueling and transported equipment, supplies and personnel in coordination with local authorities.
