    A North Carolina Army National Guard UH-60 Black Hawk Helicopter lifts off from the flight line of the North Carolina Air National Guard base in the aftermath of Hurricane Florence, while at the North Carolina Air National Guard Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, September 17, 2018. This is one of three Army Helicopters that took shelter on the base prior to the arrival of Hurricane Florence, a massive storm that was expected to cause massive damage to the Carolinas. With the storm passed and rescue operations underway the UH-60 will resume operations, and support the relief effort.
