The 102nd Intelligence Wing at Otis Air National Guard Base is about to complete a wind powered microgrid on Joint Base Cape Cod, Massachusetts. The Otis Microgrid will allow the intelligence mission of the 102 IW to continue in the event of a power outage, and is creating the first cyber secure connection to the regional electrical power grid.
