James "Jim" Capers, Jr., speaks on stage during an all-hands Professional Military Education event at the Base Theater on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, N.C., July 31. The base hosted the event to allow Marines to meet Capers, see the documentary, "Major Capers: The Legend of Team Broadminded", and ask him questions about his experiences in Vietnam and the Marine Corps.
