An aircrew aboard an MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter from Coast Guard Sector Columbia River medically evacuates a 37-year-old man from the Canadian-flagged commercial fishing vessel Zena D, 100 miles west of Pacific City, Ore., July 31, 2018.

The fisherman had reported symptoms of tingling in extremities and difficulty breathing.
