U.S. Air Force Reserve members from the 624th Aeromedical Staging Squadron, which is part of the 624th Regional Support Group, receive hands-on training June 10, 2018, with medical staging and patient transportation at U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Barbers Point, Hawaii, during Pacific Lifeline 2018, a statewide medical exercise in Hawaii conducted as part of a larger 2018 Rim of the Pacific Exercise. They worked with Airmen from the 446th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron and 62nd Airlift Wing from Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, 452nd AES from March Air Reserve Base, California, 315th AES from Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina, 943rd Aerospace Medicine Squadron from Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona, and Air Force Reserve Command. The 624th ASTS provides medical support for the 624th RSG, ensuring oversight of individual health and medical readiness, and supports worldwide operations, including exercises, humanitarian relief and disaster response operations.
