Service members from the Air National Guard and U.S. Marine Corps Reserves participate in the Aloha Garden Project at ORI Anuenue Hale, Inc., an effort to construct homes for the elderly and disabled at Helemano Plantation in Wahiawa, Hawaii.
The multi-service project is part of the U.S. military’s Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) program, a volunteer training opportunity that provides training and readiness for military personnel while addressing public and civil-society needs.
