This is an overview of the mission as given by many leaders both military and civilian involved in the Innovative Readiness Training mission. IRT missions build mutually beneficial partnerships between U.S. communities and the Department of Defense to meet training and readiness requirements for Active, Guard and Reserve Service Members while addressing public and civil society needs.
