With events like the Worldwide Day of Play encouraging children to get out and play, Misawa takes it a step further. Petty Officer Dean Cates finds out how children and adults on and off base play together. The Misawa Sports Arena finished construction in 2017, with the ‘New Sports Festival’ being their first large event.
