The 142nd Field Artillery Brigade, Arkansas National Guard, conducted an emergency deployment readiness exercise. A team of 85 Soldiers loaded and tied down both tracked and wheeled vehicles onto rail cars for transport from Fort Chaffee, Arkansas to Camp Guernsey, Wyoming in support of Operation Western Strike.
