SFC Nathan Austin visits The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii, to claim the remains of his cousin, 2nd Lt. Clarence Allen. Allen was declared missing 1944 after his P-47 aircraft did not return from conducting a strike in Aachen, Germany. DPAA’s mission is to provide the fullest possible accounting for our missing personnel to their families and the nation.
