Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy Steven S. Giordano held an All-Hands Call at Commander Naval Fleet Activities Chinhae, Republic of Korea, during a stop on his Indo-Pacific region tour. MCPON Giordano spoke to Sailors about the recent development of the "Laying the Keel" initiative, aimed at developing junior Sailors and NCOs. MCPON Giordano later visited ROK Naval Bases before departing Korea to continue his tour.
