Port Clinton Mayor Hugh Wheeler and USACE Buffalo District Commander Lt. Col. Adam Czekanski sign a ceremonial “Project Partnership Agreement” Apr. 19, 2018 at Port Clinton City Hall for an Ecosystem Restoration project along Lake Erie. The project had several partners and stakeholders including the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, along with support from Representative Marcy Kaptur, Senator Rob Portman and U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown.
