A C-130H Hercules air crew with the 130th Air Wing, West Virginia Air National Guard moves personnel and equipment from Niamey, NIger to Tahoua, NIger, as a part of U.S. Africa Command exercise Flintlock 18 on April 10th, 2018. Approximately 1,900 service members from more than 20 African and western partner nations are participating in Flintlock 2018 at multiple locations in Niger, Burkina Faso, and Senegal.
