A U.S. Army soldier describes the fervent nature of always being on call for fire missions and how her soldiers execute their mission while deployed using the M142 High-Mobility Artillery Rocket System at an undisclosed location in Syria from the months of August to September, 2017. The soldiers were firing for the Coalition’s local partners, the Syrian Democratic Forces, as part of Combined Joint Task Force-Operation Inherent Resolve. CJTF-OIR is the global coalition to defeat ISIS in Iraq and Syria. (U.S. Marine Corps video by Sgt. Matthew Callahan)
