Pressure-treated wooden utility poles are unloaded at the lay-down yard at Canovanas, Puerto Rico, and contractors continue to work to consolidate materials. As the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers along with FEMA, the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority, and industry partners approaches 95 percent of restoration, the Task Force Power Restoration team continues to safely and urgently restore reliable power for the citizens of Puerto Rico.
