A Coast Guard aircrew aboard an MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter, from Sector Columbia River, rescues the pilot of a downed aircraft located on a sandbar in the middle of the Columbia River near Westport, Ore., March 20, 2018.

The pilot had no reported injuries, but was transported to Pearson Airfield in Vancouver, Wash., were he was transferred to emergency medical services.
