Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) personnel and augmentees attached to a recovery team in Xiangkouang province, Lao People's Democratic Republic, from Oct. 27 through Dec. 4, 2017, spend their days digging and screening in hopes of finding a missing U.S. service member lost during the Vietnam War.
