More than seven U.S. Army Medical Department Activity-Fort Stewart, Winn Army Community Hospital Soldiers and DA Civilian Ambassadors signed up for the 2017-2018 Button Gwinnett MindShift Mentorship Program late last year to help at-risk students strive for excellence; while realizing their academic potential. BGE’s MindShift team piloted the program and organized to help these students foster a positive self-identity through social, emotional learning.
