    Resolute Support Headquarters

While I was in high school, I was like 8 years old, at that time, we just had TV in bazaar, and I saw on TV that there was a film going on and all the guys, the pilots were coming and rescuing the people after that I decided, and it became my dream to be a pilot, just to bring those guys from the battlefield and to be a survivor for them and help them in the situation that we have in this country.

It is a big deal and it was really hard for me to train here because alongside of the training even with all the support from our mentors and the coalition forces—we were doing at the same time missions and training as an instructor pilot, it was really hard for me for a few days and after that when I became used to and when I started to be more professional and work more hard so that I could be the best instructor pilot in the SMW and especially to help all the pilots that we have in our squadron which is 4th squadron.

Yes this is the dream of every pilot to go higher and go step by step and become an instructor pilot and be the SP of the wing or the SP of the squadron and that is what we are for – we are helping them get on a higher level, get on a level that we are competing with other units, we have to be the only unit and professionally because we are doing the SOF ops in Afghanistan.

About the mission, most of our missions, we are doing a different kind of mission, we are doing a counterterrorism mission and we are doing a counter narcotic mission and we are doing the general support mission. The most important thing is being on a mission and that we are thinking that by doing this mission we are bringing peace in Afghanistan and helping all the people who are suffering from the insecurity inside the country.
