White speaks from the lectern during the Garrison's annual Martin Luther King Jr. Observance Jan. 11, 2018. The event is hosted jointly with the 12th Combat Aviation Brigade each year and takes place in the Von Steuben Community Center on Bismark Kaserne. (U. S.
