U.S. Air Force C-17 Globemaster III pilots perform pre-flight inspections and prepare to take-off from Al Udeid Air Base, Dec 30, 2017. These preparations are essential to ensure the safety of the crew and cargo to complete the mission. The C-17 is capable of rapid strategic delivery of troops an all types of cargo to bases throughout the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility.
