Army Reserve Soldiers of the 335th Area Support Medical Company run a facility they established to provide medical care to the people in a remote region of central Puerto Rico Nov. 28. The 335th, a reserve unit stationed in Puerto Rico, came to the mountainous area after serving thousands of patients at a facility in Aguadilla.
