Some may think 50 years is a long time, but to others it may seem like yesterday. Army Sgt Joni Jackson brings us to Camp Henry to show us how the U.S. and ROK Army express their gratitude for the Vietnam War veterans. U-S-A-G DAEGU hosts events to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War. They rededicate the fitness center on Camp Henry to “the wall”. During a pinning ceremony, Garrison also presented certificates of recognition to honor the 12 U.S. and 8 Korean veterans. The Vietnam War carries an important meaning to the relationship between U.S. and Korea.
