Brigadier General Martin Ortiz, Commander of the Royal Lao Airborne of Puerto Rico explains how the Federal Emergency Management Agency Disabilty Integration team , Moviemento Autonomo de Sordos, and the members of the Royal LAO Airborne crisis reponse unit assist hearing impaired families complete their FEMA disaster assistant forms and deliver food and water in support of Hurricane Maria relief efforts to Hormogueros, Puerto Rico. FEMA Disabilty Integration teams locate, assist, and ensure all members of the disabled community of Puerto Rico recieves the relief benefits they require.
