Students of the Recon Team Leader Course (RTLC), conduct helo-casting training into Kaneohe Bay, Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Oct. 19, 2017. RTLC is an 8-week advanced joint-service course that takes place in three key geographical regions of operation such as classes at Camp Pendleton, California, desert patrol operations in Yuma, Arizona, and ending with jungle and amphibious exercises across Oahu, Hawaii.
