U.S. Marines and Sailors with the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) supported the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) with Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) during hurricane relief efforts in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands from Aug. 30 through Oct. 16, 2017.
