A Coast Guard MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew from Coast Guard Air Station Borinquen in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, delivers food and water to people near Utuado, Puerto Rico, an area severely impacted by Hurricane Maria, Oct. 13, 2017.
Personnel operating out of Air Station Borinquen have been helping deliver supplies from the Federal Emergency Management Agency to remote areas cut off by mudslides. U.S. Coast Guard video.
