ST. THOMAS, U.S. Virgin Islands (Sept. 15, 2017) – Personnel with the Virgin Island Territorial Emergency Management Agency, VITEMA, provide emergency coordination, response and recovery management for people affected by Hurricane Irma. The U.S. military and civilian organizations continue to support the lead federal agency, FEMA, as well as the state and local authorities in disaster relief efforts.
