    Target Area – Calf
    Preparation:
    The Marine will get into 1/2 kneeling position. They will keep the back straight and both knees will be bent to 90°. The Marine will place a PVC pole outside of the front foot near the last toe.
    Execution:
    The Marine will drive the PVC pipe down into the deck and engaging the abdominals. They will keep the heel of the forward foot flat on the deck. The Marine will drive the knee towards the outside of the PVC pipe.
    Common Mistakes: - Heels coming off the deck
