U.S. Marines and Sailors with the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), under the direction of Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), jointly with Department of Defense forces, help to aid those affected by Hurricane Irma in the U.S. Virgin Islands on Sept. 11, 2017. The 26th MEU is supporting authorities in the U.S. Virgin with the combined goal of protecting the lives and safety of those in affected areas. (U.S. Marine Corps video by Cpl. Adam D. Edwards)
