U.S. Marines with the Aviation Combat Element, Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Southern Command, conduct joint operations with the U.S. Army soldiers from Joint Task Force - Bravo at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, Aug. 11, 2017. The Marines and sailors of the ACE operate in Honduras to support other elements of the task force spread throughout Central America. The Marines and sailors of SPMAGTF-SC are deployed to Central America to conduct security cooperation training and engineering projects with their counterparts in several Central American and Caribbean nations.
