We know Texans are good at helping Texans, but here is a story of service members helping service members. Chief Petty Officer Matt Dusek, with the U.S. Coast Guard, didn't just sit around and wait for rescue when the waters started filling his house. He jumped in his boat and spent the day pulling his neighbors to safety and ushering them to a safe location. Now his fellow service members have teamed up to help him rebuild in the aftermath of #Harvey.
