U.S. Marines with Marine Attack Squadron (VMA) 311 reunite with their friends and family in the squadron hanger on Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma, Ariz., after returning from a 7-month deployment with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit Aug. 26, 2017. VMA-311 supported the 31st MEU and conducted operations in Japan, Korea, and Australia. This is the last deployment AV-8B Harrier II aircraft will support the 31st MEU.
