    Army Reserve drill sergeants deploy for 12 months to set up a new battalion to train basic combat training troops at Fort Leonardwood, Missouri. This is the first time an Army Reserve Battalion works full-time in order to meet force requirements. Includes interviews with: SGT Christopher Kjos, Drill Sergeant; SFC Anthony Ehret, Senior Drill Sergeant; and, SGT Alicia Redding, Drill Sergeant.
