The Iowa National Guard participates in Opening Ceremonies at the 2017 Solheim Cup. Including both Air and Army from the Iowa National Guard, members from Iowa's Reserve forces including the U.S. Navy and Marines rounded out the team. The Solheim Cup takes place this year from August 14-20 at the Des Moines Golf and Country Club in West Des Moines, Iowa.
