An Ohio National Guard Soldier missing for more than 75 years was laid to rest July 10, 2017, in his hometown of Port Clinton, Ohio. Technician 4th Grade John Kovach Jr., whose remains were recently identified, died in November 1942 in a Japanese prison camp following the Bataan Death March. (Video by 1st Lt. Aaron Smith and Sgt.
