U.S. Air National Guard Major Erika Wonn, U.S. Air National Guard Senior Master Sergeant Darrin Duncan and U.S. Air National Guard Lieutenant Colonel Chris Davis pre-position a C-130H3 cargo aircraft belonging to the 165th Airlift Wing, Georgia Air National Guard for the beginning of the opening ceremonies for exercise Noble Partner 2017 at Tbilisi, Republic of Georgia’s international airport. Maj. Wonn is the commander of the 165th Maintenance Squadron, Senior Master Sgt. Duncan is an aircraft production controller and Lt. Col. Davis is a pilot. Exercise Noble Partner is part of the U.S. National Guard State Partnership program under the Department of Defense which includes security cooperation and global engagement. (Video by Tech. Sgt.
