Two combat support hospitals, a multifunctional medical battalion, an expeditionary medical facility and many smaller medical units converged on Fort Hunter Liggett, Camp Roberts and Camp Parks in California to take on the harsh environment and practice their medical skills in a training exercise known as Global Medic. Global Medic, an Army Reserve Medical Command exercise led by Medical Readiness and Training Command or M-R-T-C, is part of the 84th Training Command’s Combat Support Training Exercise which kicked off July 8th.
