A Special Focus Event named Operation Dawson Storm, a five-day, multi-location, interagency training exercise hosted by the West Virginia National Guard provided chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosives (CBRNE) incidents training to numerous agencies July 20-25. In this particular scenario New York CBRN Task Force responds to a structural collapse, at the Volkstone Training Site near Camp Dawson, Kingwood, W.Va. CBRNE and CST units from 5 states partipcated in the exercise.
