U.S. Marines with the Logistics Combat Element, Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Southern Command, paint at the Official School for Rural Community Housing in Guazacapán, Guatemala, July 2, 2017. The Marines and sailors volunteered at the school to make a positive impact in the communities where they work and develop new relationships with the local population. The Marines and sailors of SPMAGTF-SC are deployed to Central America to conduct security cooperation training and engineering projects with their counterparts in Honduras, Guatemala, Belize and El Salvador.
