BREMERTON, Washington (June 6, 2017) Sailors assigned to USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) joined other Sailors and Marines assigned to Naval Base Kitsap to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Midway with a ceremony at the Bremerton waterfront boardwalk, June 6. John C. Stennis is conducting a planned incremental availability (PIA) at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, during which the ship is undergoing scheduled maintenance and upgrades.
