BELGRADE, Serbia-- Parent and council member, Slavica Zivkovic, discusses the benefits of the Creative Service Center in Belgrade, Serbia designed to educate and support disabled children and adults. The Creative Services Center is part of an ongoing humanitarian assistance program in Serbia operated by the U.S. European Command. The program to date has spent $4 million on similar projects across Serbia.
