Engineers with the Regimental Engineer Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment conducted engineer qualification tables as part of Saber Strike 17. The unit is part of the Enhanced Forward Presence Battle Group-Poland which is part of NATO’s overall deterrence and defense posture and is designed to demonstrate that even a limited attack on, or incursion into, NATO territory would be met by allied military forces.
