On Monday, Apr. 3, Lt. Gen. Stephen Lanza, who commanded America's I Corps for three years, relinquished command to Lt. Gen. Gary Volesky, in a ceremony presided over by Gen. Robert Abrams, commanding general of U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM).
