U.S. Soldiers, Sailors and Marines conduct a community relations mission in Wat Sam Nakkaton School, Thailand, Feb.14, 2017. This mission is one of 15 community relation events conducted throughout Exercise Cobra Gold 2017. The U.S. maintains a consistent focus on Humanitarian Civic Action (HCA), community engagement, and medical activities conducted during the exercise to support the needs and humanitarian interests of civilian populations. These community relation and HCA events improve quality of life as well as the general health and welfare, of civilian residents in the exercise areas.
